摘要：PURPOSE:To permit a stable cooking with uniform finishes by making it possibleto automatically correct the variation in cooking time due to differencies in supplyvoltage, food amount, temperature and the like and making the heating amount for eachmenu more constant. CONSTITUTION:The heating cooker is provided with a magnetron 7which supplies microwaves to a heating chamber 8 and a heater 11 provided in a

partitioned chamber 10. The heat from the heater 11 is sent, by operation of a fan 13, tothe heating chamber 8 to heat foods 14. In this case said heating means 7 and 11 arecontrolled by a control circuit 6 comprising a microcomputer and the like as follows: thetemperature in the heating chamber 8 is controlled so as not to exceed the temperaturestored for each menu. Moreover, a period of time t1 needed to reach the control

temperature from the start of cooking is measured and multiplied by a constant K storedfor each menu, and a time T stored for each menu is substracted by K.t1 to calculate theremaining time before the completion of cooking in order to control the cooking time.
