1.GENERAL DESCRIPTION

☆ G08SSP002 is the DVD combo built-in LCD TV.

☆ 2CH, SUNPLUS8202R, Sanyo HD850, Slot-in loader, support DivX, DVD, MPEG 4, GAME,USB&Card reader.

☆ Have DVD AUTO And Real Standby Function(Optional).Above Function Need TV Cooperate. And Realize Through ON/OFF & TV01

Control.

☆ It is not allowed to be disassembled and readjusted the mechanism without specially training because the mechanism is assembled and

adjusted using special method.

☆ Storage: avoid storing the mechanism in high temperature, heavy wet and dusty place. ☆ Handling: avoid extra force to the mechanism when handling.

☆ Static-proof action should be taken when the mechanism be touched because LD and OEIC can be easily damaged by static easily. ☆ Touching pickup is forbidden by hand.

☆ The eyes need to avoid being shot by laser beam directly because the laser beam can hurt them.

(2) IR_IN: Through change codes of remote control, You can use remote control what you want.

(3) ON/OFF: The PIN can be controlled by TV main IC or power IC, but the control voltage range

must be at 3V to 6V. In DVD source, the voltage is H. In other source, the voltage is L.

(4) TVIO1:Connect with TRIN.TV judge DVD whether have disk in or not. And TRIN must have

power supply at all times. Use ON/OFF& TVIO1 Can Realize Real Standby & DVD AUTO Function

8. Upgrading System

(1). Upgrade files are build.img and UPDATE.VER(must be in capital). (2). Record them in a CD-R/W .

disc Format: (advise to use the tool NERO burning ROM) Disc volume: ISO9660 LEVEL1, MODE1，not JOILET.

(3). Put the recorded disc into the DVD player, a menu will appear on the screen at the beginning.

(4). Press navigation buttons to choose “” or “”. If “” is selected, press ENTER button to exit the menu, otherwise if “” is selected, press ENTER button to start the firmware upgrade operation and the screen will display the following messages.

SMART UPGRADE UPGRADING…… DON’T POWER OFF

(5). Waiting till the player restarting.

Notice: Do not shut down the player during upgrade, it will restart automatically after upgrade.

Caution

(1). DVD Loader should not be disassembled at random or adjusted as user′s will due to it is assembled precisely and fine-tuned before exwork. (2). DVD Loader should be stored preventing from circumstances of high temperature, humidity, dust or close to magnetic objects.

(3). Be careful to move or carry the DVD Loader during the shipment and prevent external force from deforming it.

(4). Make sure to connect Ground when setup the worktable and production facilities; also the workers have to wear antistatic bangle with Ground-connection.

(5). Warranty will be invalid if damaged traverse caused by user′s wrong operation.

(6) When using the Electronic force button, make sure the DVD loader is not in playing mode or working status, otherwise it could cause the damage to discs.

(7) If there is requirement of passing EMC or FCC test, a set of machinery should be provided beforehand for test by customer. If not provided, any cost or bad effect should be bear by customer.
