摘要：The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for searching data,
as well as a recording medium for executing the method, more particularly to a methodand an apparatus for searching data from among mass data, as well as a recordingmedium for storing a program for executing the method. An embodiment of the presentinvention provides a data searching method and apparatus for searching data written ona recording medium. The method includes grouping data and graph-plotting thegrouped data with use of attribute information (for example, time information, filecapacity information, similarity, audience rating, scene switching time, etc.) related to thedata, then displaying the data so as to correspond to part of the graph, when the userselects the part of the displayed graph.
