摘要：The present application is applicable to the communications field and provides amethod and a system for reconfiguring a common enhanced dedicated channel resource,a base station, and an RNC, the method includes: receiving a common enhanced dedicatedchannel resource, where the common enhanced dedicated channel resource is allocatedby the RNC to a forward access channel for use in a reconfiguration process of a physicalshared channel; receiving a radio link management message sent by the RNC, where theradio link management message carries a unique identifier of a resource allocated by theRNC to a user equipment in a dedicated channel state, and the unique identifier is aunique identifier of a sub-resource in the common enhanced dedicated resource;determining, according to the unique identifier of the resource, whether the userequipment for which a dedicated channel state link is to be established is in a dedicatedchannel state currently; and returning response information to the RNC, so that the RNCsends the response information to the user equipment in the dedicated channel state. Inthe present application, resource utilization may be improved effectively, and access of a

user equipment in a dedicated channel state is not delayed.
