摘要：The invention concerns a composite product comprising a matrix consistingmainly of a metal such as copper and ceramic (carbon, carbide or nitride) particlesdispersed in the matrix. The method consists in preparing a homogeneous powdermixture containing mainly the metal and the ceramic particles, cold-pressing the powdermixture and the ceramic particles to obtain an intermediate product (8, 8') and densifyingthe intermediate product (8, 8') by at least a heat-process step, such as forging or hotrolling. The method is particular designed for the manufacture of heat sinks forelectronic circuits.
