representations (130a-130d) in the working space (6), and a variable shifting (125) in thesource space (5) brings about a multiplication in the working space (6) by a shifting factor(135) depending on said variable shifting (125); at least one equation (140a-40c) is set (60)in the working space (6), which correlates the difference between at least tworepresentations (130a-130d) of response spectra (120a-120d) with the product of therepresentation (150) of the searched-for Raman spectrum (160) in the working space

using a linear combination of shifting factors (135); and, from the equation or theequations (140a-140c), the representation (150) of the searched-for Raman spectrum(160) is determined (70) in the working space (6) as a solution. The invention also relatesto a computer program product.
